Your tasks

  • You control our project management office at the Münster location and act as an interface between customers and our teams in the areas of analytics and development
  • You plan and coordinate internal development projects using agile methods and state-of-the-art tools (Atlassian Jira). You capture and describe the concrete requirements (user stories) and manage the product backlog
  • You coordinate customer projects as well as resource planning and manage the teams for this across departments according to corresponding schedules, in customer meetings you have an active role

Your area of responsibility

  • You perform accounting tasks such as invoice preparation and auditing, receivables management, liquidity planning and payment transactions
  • You are responsible for the monthly and annual financial statements and work closely with our tax office here
