With the Modelyzr – a software of our own devising – we expose the potential of companies’ customers and products and bolster enterprises to think forward rather than backward. By making unstructured information useable and valuable, we indeed strive to square the circle in order to reveal untapped potential. With our Modelyzr we aim to simplify corporate routines, making them more efficient and ultimately more successful.

Nils Niehörster
Entrepreneur, industry analyst and data scientist for more than 20 years. As a restless serial entrepreneur Nils founded three startups – all related to complex data analyses – before incorporating Modelyzr GmbH. In his time as owner of RAAD Research he developed the ResearchPanel©-technology enabling full-market predictive intelligence for the IT-Industry. This technology was adopted by market-leading analytics companies around the globe and is still the basis for the Modelyzr’s analytic framework. Nils is an experienced constructor of complex data analysis systems. He developed artificial intelligence algorithms, computer vision applications based on pattern recognition and predictive analytic algorithms. Dealing with complex data is his ‘built-in’ passion.

Further education offers
Continuing education is a top priority for us. Each employee has a fixed budget for seminars and training courses for professional and personal development.
Part-time study
We also encourage part-time study. If an employee decides to study part-time (master’s degree or similar), we very much welcome this and support them in all areas.
Working from home
The possibility to work from home is no problem for us after consultation. Here, we are happy to grant our employees flexibility, for example, to be able to attend a craftsman’s appointment during the day or simply to be able to work from home in peace and quiet.
Individual working time models
We do not insist on rigid working hours. The well-being of our employees is very important to us and we know that it is not always easy to reconcile family, free time and work. For a healthy work-life balance, working hours can be individually adapted to the needs of employees, so that, for example, a four-day week, part-time or other constructs are no problem.
Office equipment
A beautiful environment contributes to the feeling of well-being. We want our employees to enjoy coming to the office and fulfill individual wishes in the form of a specific piece of furniture, a picture or the like.
Catering
The feel-good factor also includes food and drink. We provide fresh fruit and hot and cold drinks free of charge every day. After a hard day’s work, nothing stands in the way of an after-work beer with your colleagues.
Technical equipment
It goes without saying that our employees are technically well equipped. We also take individual needs into account to ensure efficient work for everyone. For example, the size of the notebook or smartphone can be selected from a range.
Events
In addition to the after-work beer, we also organize regular events. Here we have the opportunity to exchange ideas beyond the daily work routine, to spend time together and to get to know the partners of our employees.
Fitness
To stay healthy and active, we also promote employee fitness. We subsidize gym membership fees/classes with an annual co-payment. In addition, we support our employees in selecting individual health courses as needed.
Supplementary insurances
Thanks to a comprehensive package of supplementary insurance policies, our colleagues are additionally covered in many areas not only at work, but also privately, and enjoy broad insurance protection. This is extended at regular intervals and adapted to requirements.
Mobility
