Working under the best conditions: After being modernized from the ground up, our new office floor is now ready and can be used immediately. Reason enough for a small inauguration ceremony to which the entire Modelyzr team was invited. The day was characterized by curiosity, anticipation of the new workplaces and an overall good atmosphere.
“When will the time finally come?” – Often, the greater the anticipation of an event, the longer the wait feels. This was the case with the new offices of Modelyzr GmbH. The work itself was progressing according to plan. And yet we could hardly wait to open the new Modelyzr studio.
Now the time had come and we celebrated the day with a small but nice party in the newly modernized premises. After a guided tour, during which we were able to take a look at the many large and small details that the new office has to offer, we had a relaxed chat and an exciting tournament on the office’s own table tennis table, which we will certainly not have used for the last time. Of course, there were also plenty of cold drinks.
Modern room concept for optimum conditions
In the course of the modernization, emphasis was placed not only on functionality, but also on creating a pleasant and therefore productive atmosphere. The room concept implemented for this includes the design of the work surface, but also the careful selection of the materials used and additional smart components, such as for air conditioning or lighting.
The reactions of our employees on the day of the opening were correspondingly positive and enthusiastic. The aim of the renovation work was to create a synthesis of a pleasant atmosphere and an inspiring environment – and this goal was definitely achieved. The new office is bright, open and offers all employees the chance to develop and reach their full potential.
The individual rooms can be used flexibly, so that concentrated work is just as possible as inspired teamwork. The former gray concrete walls have been replaced by glass panels held in place by wooden frames. Instead of a classic cubicle structure with isolated and partitioned individual desks, our employees now have workstations that offer a panoramic view of the entire office.
This ensures transparency and an almost homely atmosphere. Just right for us, because after all, the entire Modelyzr family is on fire together for the same goal, instead of everyone working alone in a quiet little room: To offer our customers the best data analytics solutions.
State-of-the-art technology
Of course, this also requires the appropriate technological equipment. In order to remain competitive today and in the future, numerous innovations have been introduced. For example, special rooms with modern screens and optimum acoustics are available for concentrated video conferences. There is also high-performance software for day-to-day work and the latest generation of communication solutions.
With the newly inaugurated office, Modelyzr GmbH is optimally prepared for further growth and future tasks. With lots of energy and fresh motivation, we are looking forward to what lies ahead: let’s get to work!
