Every team member had a say in the decision: Which charitable organizations should receive a donation from Modelyzr GmbH? The aim of the campaign was to put the budget for the Christmas party, which had to be canceled due to the coronavirus, to good use.
Münster – 25.01.21 – There was great anticipation for the Modelyzr Christmas party. After numerous meetings and celebrations in 2020 and 2021 had fallen victim to the coronavirus pandemic and been replaced by online events, a “real” party was finally on the cards. At the same time, there was a second reason to celebrate: Modelyzr GmbH turned five on the same weekend.
As we know, things turned out differently. Unfortunately, the next wave in the fall meant that the planned celebration had to be canceled. But what to do with the budget earmarked for it?
This gave rise to the idea of a fundraising campaign, which was put in the hands of the entire team: Each team member was allowed to nominate a charitable organization to which Modelyzr would then donate 50 euros. In addition, private donations from team members were to be doubled by Modelyzr.
No sooner said than done: organizations ranging from Ahrtalfluthilfe to the WWF were collected, some of which were nominated by several Modelyzr colleagues. By the end of the year, a total of 13 charitable associations and organizations had received a total of 1,175 euros plus private donations.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the team for the broad distribution and the sensible selection of donation recipients! Donations were made to:
