In 2020, we once again decided to take part in the Great Place to Work® competition “Best Employers in NRW” and “Best Employers in ICT”.
We are delighted to announce that we are once again one of the best ICT employers in Germany this year and have also won an award in the “Best Employers in NRW” competition, putting us in the top league in our size category. 😊
The award stands for special commitment to creating a trusting and supportive culture of cooperation within the company.
As in the previous year, the entire process began with detailed preparation by all employees. Transparent and open communication throughout the entire process is important so that all employees are always informed about the next steps. Everyone already knew what the Great Place To Work competition is from last year.
Nevertheless, it is always very important to accompany the entire process and to make all colleagues aware of the principle of voluntariness, absolute anonymity and honesty. Because only with a truly honest feedback culture can we subsequently use the results to effectively and purposefully advance our company together and optimally cultivate our team culture.
The constantly monitored certification process meant that all employees took part in the survey, which made the results particularly valuable and effective. The participation rate alone reflects the fact that all employees at MODELYZR are interested in a collaborative, well-functioning and appreciative working relationship to which everyone makes their own contribution.
This made the news that we are once again one of the best ICT employers in Germany and one of the best employers in NRW in 2020 all the more pleasing.
Not that we didn’t already know this, but receiving an award is great confirmation for the entire team. 😊 Because a trusting, attractive and open team culture cannot be taken for granted. It requires a lot of care, the openness of each individual and, above all, appreciation with the awareness that each individual is a part of it every day and therefore makes their contribution.
It should not be forgotten that our Managing Director Nils exemplifies this appreciative, respectful, collaborative and open approach every day.
So it is “just” a very special icing on the cake that our trusting cooperation has once again been officially recognized and at the same time it is a great opportunity to continue to work on this in the future and to uncover grievances in good time and solve them together.
