Things got pretty exciting again at MODELYZR right at the start of the new year 2020. Not that it was ever boring for a single day, but the time that followed was to be particularly exciting for us once again.

Our new colleague Anna Linsen (30) joined us on February 1 and was the first to help the team grow significantly this year.
Born in Münster, she studied in Nijmwegen until 2014 and has been responsible for HR & Marketing for us since then.
She was immediately welcomed into our team and it wasn’t long before she introduced the first habit that we can no longer imagine life without: in addition to regularly buying fruit at the Münster weekly market, she now brings flowers to our office every week.
This now provides a splash of color in our offices and brightens the mood in everyday working life, especially in the slightly cloudy “corona mood” that has influenced all our lives for a long time and will continue to do so for some time to come.
In addition to flowers, Anna is particularly enthusiastic about sport, music and socializing with friends over a glass of wine or two. 😊

Despite this, we were able to welcome another new colleague to the team at the end of the month: Otto Hefner (27), born in Russia, is now working for us as a Junior Analyst in the Market Analytic department.
Otto now comes to our office in Münster from Osnabrück every day as a fully integrated MODELYZR. Quietly but OHO, he has familiarized himself with his area of responsibility, so that he is already indispensable.
He has also practiced at one of our table tennis tables on one or two occasions, and also actively supports our coffee-drinking employee group. 😊
Otto is particularly enthusiastic when it comes to movies and series. Nobody in our office can fool him so quickly and you suddenly become a spellbound listener.

One month later, we had another new addition: Olli-Peter Lutz (33), a full-blooded project manager and Anna’s first “purchase”, who accompanied his entire recruitment process and is now under special observation… 😊 As you can clearly see, Olli was also welcomed with open arms and already has a permanent place as a fully-fledged MODELYZR.
In addition to our coffee faction, our sweet tooth faction has now also welcomed a new member. The whole office has already been able to share in his love of sweets by welcoming us with a huge, vegan apple pie, which disappeared from the cake plate after just two days …
It’s also important to mention that Olli owes his name to his Finnish roots and the name is therefore “sung”: “Oh – li”.
However, we all still need to practise that a little…

Things continued at this pace and three weeks later we were able to welcome our IT working student in the Business Analytics department: Noah Weiler (24), Bachelor student of Business Informatics.
Noah greeted us from day one in his job interview with a broad grin, which we have noticed has not changed to this day. 😊
With his positive, young and motivated nature, we are now delighted to have active support in the Analyst department.
In addition to his IT skills and his studies, Noah is not only active in sports, but also has a passion for traveling. England, California, parts of Asia and Africa are just a few of the vacation destinations he has traveled to so far.
In addition to the active support, we are already looking forward to many more exciting travel reports, some of which are sure to infect us with wanderlust…
